Artisan & Wellness Fair May 18, 2019

The Artisan & Wellness Fair at All Elements Healing and At Om Yoga was a wonderful, all-encompassing body/mind extravaganza on a healing beautiful day brought to us after much cold and rain.

Capitol Center for the Artrs

Could the sky be any bluer on Main Street in Concord? This business is located in prime territory on Main Street across from the Capitol Center for the Arts.

This was a free event with a lot of free offers and samples to experience. There were artisans with handmade art and jewelry, bath and body products, as well as tasty treats to eat. Also, later on in the day, was the Bhakti Dance Party.

My table was center stage and greeted the visitors as they walked in.

Greeting people in the right-side window-front was this funky and charming owl piece of Pam Urda from Artified Relics.

Colorful floor mats

Her table was to the right as visitors enter. She makes “Unique Art for Unique People.” Her bright floor mats shown here are coated with polyurethane for durability to be walked on. Many of her paintings have distinctive brush strokes that really make the subjects have a 3 dimensional appearance. The animals have such a personality…with a whimsical touch. The 2 roosters/chickens posed as The American Gothic painting, depict that humor and the lamb/sheep is so amazing with it’s textured coat eyeing the onlooker.

To contact Pam call (603) 707-1914 or email at artified relics@gmail.com

dreamcatcher from Carriage House Studios

Chrissy of Carriage House Studios makes handmade crocheted items

Entering to the left, this dreamy dreamcatcher hung at the entryway by the Carriage House Studios table. Chrissy was kind enough to hold up one of her beautiful crocheted tops for me to photograph. Her handmade items are classic but also have a modern, fashionable twist. I purchased a crocheted sponge ball from her made of 100% cotton and is washable. Great idea, I can’t wait to use it! Next to Carriage House Studios was Kristen and Carolyn, the doTERRA wellness advocates, with essential oil blends and kits that are certified pure therapeutic grade oils. The oils can be used aromatically, topically or internally, to clean the air, relieve stress and tension, and promote vitality and well-being. For more information:

The total body healing was happening all around and the visitors could receive some of these services for free!

Diane Marie Gallant is a master and teacher at River of Light Energy Healing. She performs healing sessions for the body, mind and spirit, and she specializes in spiritual transformation and healing through use of Sacred Geometry. Colleen, sitting in the photo, received a session from Diane in the midst of a lot of activity and voices, but the use of headphones blocked out the noise with meditative music and Colleen looked so relaxed after and at the same time energized. And then there were some treats…..

The Cannoli Stop @ The Candy Shop had a table full of cupcake parfaits, candy bags and made to order cannolis. They are located on Loudon Road in Concord and besides their store, their Cannoli Bus can be booked for special events. Visit their facebook page and be sure to check out the blog by Here in NH about the shop. I should’ve taken a picture of the cannolis I purchased from them, but WE ATE THEM…..like….right away! Delicious!

Of course the ever popular jewelry category was represented with an added twist of healing jewelry pieces and barefoot adornments.

Darlene Doughty is a bundle of energy that she must get from her spirit-inspired jewelry designs, dreamcatchers, and metaphysical tools. She said she has been doing this for 11 years and is on ALL the sites: facebook, twitter, linkedin, pinterest, etsy and her website https://darlenedoughtydesigns.bigcartel.com/

Barefoot Beautiez had wonderful beaded jewelry as anklets and earrings and others. The artisan is Margaret Leary and she can be contacted by phone (603) 682-3875 or email BarefootBeautiez@yahoo.com

Lisa (right) and daughter (I think, I’m sorry for not getting name)

There was also Sage, LLC, with non-toxic, handcrafted skin care products from Lisa Fino Thomas, creator and owner. She says that “what goes on your body is just as important as what goes into it.” Check out Sage’s website

There was also a table for the growing in popularity wellness products that contain CBD. The company, Clearly Better Days, has a broad spectrum of these fully legal and lab tested products. Here is the website and displays for more information about this line:

Recorded music of the meditation kind was played throughout the day, but Alex played his drum live for the visitors. He told me the name of it (should’ve written it down) and that it was made by a friend/acquaintance of his. It sounded like a steel drum, but with a dreamy, lighter ring. It was a treat of the musical kind.

Here are some posters of upcoming events at the center.

I want to thank Deb for inviting me to this event, it was so much fun. The spiritual healing methods and products are not well-known to me, but I hope I did the artisans justice. Please click on their links and learn more about them all. If you enjoyed this blog, please like and share with your friends. Thanks!
